Usually a good experience, the last few times though I've requested certain toppings, repeated them to ladies then ladies... repeating it back to me. Then to have my drink handed to me without those toppings and then told "you need to tell us nexttime"(with a snarky attitude) the order was repeated back to me you already knew! I always tip too. I'm always nice what's thedeal??? Handed my stamp card to them first-had free drink available. Got handed back card and charged for both drinks and toldbring it back next time didn't see you had a free drink! May have to start going back to Starbucks. Read more
my favorite coffee on the mountain!!! I am a die hard Starbucks girl, but living in the valley, we don't have Mudslingers... anywhere near by so when we come up to our cabin this is my go to. The girls all working rock, customer service is ABOVE par.The blended Mudslinger with white mocha is AMAZING, and so is the blended pumpkin chai!!! My kids also love the cotton candyblended kids drink. YUM! Read more
Really enjoyed the Big Hunk blended drink. It is a unique coffee drink with peanut butter syrup. The prices are fantastic! The... only thing they could have improved on was somehow making it clear that they were taking orders from both sides of the drivethru - both windows. We sat for quite awhile waiting when we could have pulled around to the other side, cause no cars werethere, but didn't know it. Read more
