Really surprised at the quality of this skirt steak in a taco shop. The best steak I've had in a long time. They told me it was... choice grade and marinated in house and grilled to order, but I couldn't grasp the idea until I tasted it. The flavor andtenderness of the steak is unmatched by any mexican restaurant in town and the best thing is, they use this same steak for theirtacos, burritos and nachos.
