Ordered online for lunch at work. Arrived earlier than my pick up time but checked in anyway. 15 minutes after my pick up time... I was still waiting so I went inside. I was greeted but then was told they couldn't find my order. Another customer found it.I taste my food and was disappointed. 03/14/2022 I waited at the curbside pick up & at the scheduled time for them to bring out my food I wasn?t acknowledged. So I... had to call for my order to be brought out. When I got my food my fries were cold & soggy, & the wings weren?t barely seasoned,just fried. I went inside to get my ranch they forgot to put in the bag, but again it took a while for them to acknowledge me.So I just ended up getting a refund back to my card.
