I?m giving this McDonald?s 1 star today I orders my food via the mobile app. My order when it at 4:54 pm. I set and waited for... nearly 20 minutes to get my food. About 20 car?s that order after me in the drive through all received their food in a timelymanner. While I just set there and waited. One of the crew members came to the car to ask me if my order was a Big Mac withmayonnaise, I told him no and told him what my order was the was about 15 minutes into my wait. The manager never did come outor answer the phone when I called while I was waiting. I am not happy a customer. I don?t know who owns this McDonald?s but I doknow this isn?t a way to run a business. My first job was at McDonald?s and I worked that job all the way through high school.It thought me good working skills and prepared me for life in the working well. This was the worst place I have ever eaten.. the staff are rude and the place is disgusting. Not to mention the wait takes... forever just to get the wrong order!! I wouldn't feed their stale food to a stray dog. Read more
This was one of the worst experiences I've had at McDonald's. We had to literally wait 20 to 30 minutes for our food not just... myself but other customers and the restaurant as well the crew behind the counter were bickering arguing and being silly witheach other while customers came in asking for refunds what's going on the manager went to the parking lot with another employeefrom another location and was there in the parking lot for 15 to 20 minutes the store was very dirty it was a bad experience allaround there needs to be some sort of meeting with that crew at that location ASAP. I visited McDonald?s yesterday on my lunch break. I ordered 2 McDouble and a medium fried. I only had a few minutes to get back... to work. So, I started eating my lunch while I drove. I offered my other burger to my sister. She took a look at the burgerbefore she bit it and it was Molded on the bun. I was shocked I called and got no answer. So I had to leave work and drove backwith my food. It was a Black and white manager who heard my complaint. Neither manager wanted to take my name are give my therename are my receipts nor did apology and I didn?t get my money back. I?m home feeling very sick I can?t go to quick care. Idon?t have insurance. I can?t enjoy my family and friends are eat and celebrate the holidays. I?m calling corporate first thingtomorrow.
