You have to sit at the intercoms no less than 5 mins every time you go before someone will even say anything then the worker... says one min and there won?t be anybody even infront of you! Absolutely the worst customer service and has been going on formonths! Read more
Fast service and hot food! I visited this McDonald's right at 6 a.m. for breakfast. They quickly took my order over the intercom... and made sure that I was able to use my points for a reward (check out the McDonald's app-their rewards program is fabulous). Ipulled up to the drive-thru window to get my food and it made me so happy that I was greeted with a very sincere Good Morningand a big smile. As I got my food the lady said have a nice day. Waited 30 min as they were ignoring the drivethru 3 cars ahead of us. We got there well before breakfast ended. By the time we... made our way to the speaker at 1040 we are informed that breakfast ended at 1030. Second time it has taken them way longer toanswer the drivethru than it should have.
