The food when fresh is good... nice texture and juicy. When coming at the right time you will get a nice experience..I don't... like giving bad reviews but I do like giving real reviews...the staff seems disengage at times and not customers friendly itbeen times at some locations not exactly this one when you order your food and you have someone do your order and give you oldsitting up chicken. But before you leave sometimes some fresh will come up almost the same time the workers will want to take abreak and fix themselves some fresh chicken. I know I speak for alot of people when I say I take the time to choose to come toyour establishment because it is other places that we can go...and I would like to be severed the same way you would like to beserved with freshly made food ....the atmosphere is a little chaotic at some location but the food when served fresh cancompete with the other establishment. I would rather wait in a long line to get hot and fresh food than get some quickly madeorder that been setting for time. Sorry for being so long. Read more
This location, strangely only took cash for those wanting to order inside. If using a card one has to wait an inordinate amount... of time in the drive thru line and with a broken speaker box must place an order at the window. Thank goodness their chicken wastasty, hot, and spicy and the dirty rice was good, non-greasy. I'm not sure, though if it was good enough to wait 25 minutes inthe drive thru last night around 6:30 pm. Read more
So I was there today at 4:40pm and I went to go place my order for mild and the lady at the drive thru window said it?s about a... 12 min wait so I told her I would wait and so I handed her my card then she comes back and says oh it will actually be a 20-30min wait because they have to season the chicken so I said I?ll come inside and wait, there was about 5 people waiting on theirfood and there was a lady that came and asked is her food ready because she?s been waiting for 30 mins and the food was not evenready yet!! They told her it will be 6 more mins and I?m over here thinking like what?! And so she asks to speak with themanager and the way the manager handled it was very unprofessional and when that lady got her food the worker or manager did notapologize to her for waiting that ridiculous amount of time, the place really has gone down hill for the past couple of years Read more
Workers could use some management. The speaker for driveup orders was terrible. Young lady at window very terse with... communication. She gave me coupons that had expired in last July. Communication with the customer in front of me was long, andoviously problematic due poorly trained staff taking food order. The adverised Shrimp meal, was OK. Read more

Came in on the weekend just after they opened. The door was unlocked, and I came in. They told me they were "closed". I asked... when it was going to be open, and they didn't want to tell me. They also had a much smaller menu and didn't carry items I wasinterested on. Overall, I didn't feel welcome and a "nuisance" for coming up "too early" to disrupt their routine. I drove allthe way to Line to the one there and I was treated much better, so I don't think this is a company thing, this is just maybe apoorly performing store or shift. Read more
