My food is ALWAYS wrong no matter how many times I come here. The drinks never taste like they?re clean. The wait time is always... long. Not to mention, we sat at the speaker for 10 min. I drove around & asked the lady through the window were they open, shesaid yes they were. This is the worst Popeyes I have gone to in a while. They got my order completely wrong. They gave me incorrect change. The crew... members were not professional. I paid for the wrong food and received nothing I ordered. Not even the fries. I repeated my order3xs at the drive thru box because they weren't paying attention. I didn't get any utensils for the food I didn't ask for and nostraws for my drinks. My fiance couldn't eat his food because it was spicy. So while I'm heading down the road back to Texas, Ican't eat all of my food or conveniently drink my drink. That was a total disappointment. Slowest I?ve ever received fast food. Disgusting conditions inside. Not sanitary at all. An employee dropped their kitchen tongs... on the ground which was wet and disguising, and picked them up and continued to use them. No gloves were used. I saw an employeewipe their nose with their hand and then made sandwiches right after. You may wonder how I noticed so many problems here, butwaiting 45 minutes for your food gives you a lot of time to look around. Read more
