We had dinner there last night for my brother's birthday. There was about 15 of us there. The food and drinks were good but... the service was awful. None of our food came out at the same time and several times the food had to be sent back because itwas wrong. My brother did not get his food until everyone was ready to leave and had to cash out. My daughter ordered asimple spaghetti and did not receive until we were ready to leave. It was a very disappointing experience. Read more
I got the fettuccine, as well as the cheese ravioli and some dinner rolls. Everything was flavorless, nothing seemed like it was... fresh. The ravioli was burnt to the bottom of the serving tray almost as if it was microwaved. The fettuccine was greasy thechicken was black and the sauce taste burnt. Went here on Sunday on a date. Early dinner. We were one of only two tables with customers. There were three servers on duty,... and our server acted like we were one of 6 tables she had. Initially I thought maybe it was just the server, but it may havealso been the kitchen. They made one of their own dishes wrong, and when we mentioned it to the server, it was pretty much "Ohwell." We ordered more bread, and was informed it would cost extra, which was fine, but then we didn't get the bread until wewere ready for the check. We were told the bread would be comped, but it wasn't. The service was so bad that I thought we werebeing pranked at first. The menu items are entirely too expensive for the awful service we received. If you're going to chargehigh prices, then the service is where you make it worth it. Food was good other than the not being made with the ingredientsdescribed on the menu. Paid $60 for two people. Pictured below is supposed to be a Margherita pizza. Probably the worst pizza I've ever attempted to eat. 2 stars because the... bread they serve complementary is very unique and pretty good. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Read more
