I was here last night and over heard some conflict going on at the table next to me regarding HAIR they found in their salad.... Sat back and watched how the manager handled the situation and it was the worst customer service I have ever witnessed at arestaurant. She told the people word for word ?I don?t care if you had hair in your mouth? we don?t re-make food here?? it wasall around an uncomfortable situation to witness. The people just wanted to have a nice dinner without hair in their food. Aftera few words back and forth (the manager acting extremely inappropriate while the customers were extremely respectful and justtrying to have a conversation) the manager asked them to LEAVE the restaurant! All because she was offended! The way themanager handled the entire situation is the reason I won?t return. And the fact HAIR WAS FOUND IN THE FOOD? and no one would doanything about it was so sad. I think the managers name was sherry. Heads up, if your looking for a quiet place to eat with goodcustomer service, this probably isn?t the best choice. Read more
I was looking for a nice experience and a nice steak dinner. We each ordered the $49.00 ribeye. We ordered water for our drinks.... When we ate the steaks, they were not what I expected for an expensive steak. I ordered mine medium and it was over cooked. Myfriend ordered his medium rare and it was cooked medium. Then our waitress brought our ticket to the table and she had put thetip on the ticket, plus it said if we wanted to add additional tip we could. I know that they do this for 6 or more but I havenever had this to happen anywhere else. We like leaving 20 percent when we go out to eat but we do not like to be told how muchto tip or to be asked do we want to leave a tip when the cashier rings up our ticket. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could rate a zero, I would. We sat on the patio and... unfortunately it started to storm with thunder and lighting! We asked to be moved inside only to be told that other customerswere waiting to be seated on the inside. To add insult to injury, the waitress, Lauren, was delivering food and drinks whilepouring acid rain was mixing in them. There was an attempt to deliver our food and we declined to be served food drenched inacid rain. From a hospitality perspective, this is poor management and a lack of training when the elements change. The lastdraw was when the lights in the patio went out. An employee came out while it was thundering and lighting to check the cords. Atthat point, our party was flabbergasted and asked for the ticket. This is what I received for $27 and change. The ribs was small, not meat on them. The turkey was cold and stacked to look... plentiful. The bread was hard. I ordered augratin potatoes and received a cheesy soup with maybe 3 potatoes in it. I've eatenhere before and the food was amazing. I was definitely disappointed. I didn't complain because of how busy it was and theemployees was swamped. I will make a call Tuesday when they open. Read more
