TLDR: don't go to this stuck up business. It's very expensive, compared to actual homebrewing. The staff is rude and... apparently do not conmprehend customer service skills. Customers are brew-noobs that need hand-holding from the condescending,undereducated staff. I've seen these type of business models all over New England. They *never* survive for nore than a coupleyears. Hope the owners have a plan for bankruptcy, because I guarantee it's coming soon. Read more

I can?t say enough about Deja Brew! It?s a real family affair over there and they always go out of their way to help make sure... you?re brewing the best beer you can!
