Came to this location with my sister who is 19 and we were treated terribly for absolutely no reason by a woman ?Amber? who... called herself the manager ? she must have been having a bad day which I myself can relate to working in a customer service rolebut this was just uncalled for We ordered 4 items one being a specialty drink (Frappuccino asked for not blended that my sistersaw on TikTok) rather than Amber saying she didn?t feel comfortable making the drink she became argumentative and nasty with mysister saying she?s worked for Starbucks for over 8 years and never heard of not blending something ? as I said my sister is 19we were not being rude to her at all so her tone was out of left field My sisters face turned red and she was humiliated? Justsay you don?t offer that drink don?t belittle people! So We get our items and head out only to find the two sandwiches we?renever cooked/heated they were pretty much frozen ?I go back in the store and simply ask for my money back and she starts toargue and get snippy with me stating they don?t give money back for orders paid it?s their new policy I?m like listen you?vebeen rude to us for no reason the order is wrong and frozen so just reimburse me and we won?t come here again She says I cangive you a gift card that?s all I can do I?m like fine whatever she hands me something and I leave as I?m heading out the doorshe muffles ?C?nt? I just leave because this woman she is clearly unwell All this over a drink order I didn?t realize until Igot home later than evening that what she gave me were coupons ?Our order originally was $22 and what she gave me was actuallyfour $4 coupons not a gift card for my original purchase I?m like wow this woman has real deep issues and needs severe help Iown a salon and deal with demanding clients daily I can?t imagine ever behaving this way towards anyone I?m in my 30s I?ve beencoming to Starbucks for a very long time and never ever experienced anything like this ? I don?t use this frequently but I have to when I have been ordering drinks for the third time and the order is completely wrong!... When I spoke to one of the staff girl(s) she was being defensive rather than listening to me! It?s a MISTAKE buying from them!Just DON?T! Great customer service. A lot of merchandise displayed, crews are thoughtful and diligent.
Never coming to this Starbucks again. Tried it like 3 or 4 different times and my drink never comes out consistently. And pretty... sure the last time I got a venti iced shaken espresso it had no espresso in it.. Or like 1 shot. That on top of other sourexperiences... I'm all set. Read more
