I just left the Sydney Dairy Queen. I had ordered a single bacon, cheddar burger but got a double. Took it back to the counter... and explained the problem. After a little confusion I received another burger which I assumed had only one meat patty. I took itback to my table and it was another double patty, just a little colder than the original. I had the slimiest chicken I have ever been in the presence of. I barely managed to get a grip of the chicken without palming... it. The image that I ordered from show a dry buffalo wing but I received slimy chicken. As for the fries, they tasted like theywere cut then moderately warmed with a hairdryer. 0/10 Read more

Went in to the Sidney location to pick up a birthday cake today. There was a young man starting to assist me when the owner (... Tony) came from the back and pulled him away to teach him something. Completely ignoring the fact that the employee was alreadyengaged in conversation with me. Never had a problem with service here.
