@ 18 minutes to close we walk in and a kid is whining behind the counter "I'm not making any more food" wouldn't even cut up a... lime! I ordered ahead for pickup at a specific time. I arrived only 5 minutes after the scheduled time and the food was completely... cold. I mean, not just like it was cooling off.
