She personally came to my table to make sure I was enjoying the food and made meextra flour tortillas fresh along with her custom special homemade salsa. Just stopped in here during a road trip from San Diego to Dallas. The food was amazing as if it was homemade! My friend and I... got to talk to the owner and some of her employees and they were So incredibly nice and welcoming! Very authentic n charming little eatery in the middle of nowhere I 10. A real bargain too! Delfina's has survived while most... other businesses are now abandoned.
