Absolute, worst service, and biggest waste of time in my life. I started by trying to call about the limited time ghost pepper... whopper, I kept calling back for an hour and a half, with no answer, so I had to waste gas to drive there, just to find out thatthey were out of the burger, and when I asked about why no one was answering the phone, the employee told me they were justsimply too busy. I have never seen a business too busy to answer a phone for an hour when that?s part of your job. Read more
Got the spicy whopper with none of the spicy ingredients. Pretty sure they ran out and they?re still selling it up for the up... charge and praying nobody reports them. Horrible service and horrible people. If this place got prosecuted the general managerwould probably serve jail time. Read more
Had situation on the app yesterday 10/07/2022 about 4:5PM. It froze after I made a purchase for $6.50 , while I was in the... Drive-Thru, told the order taker about it,.. and she said unless I had coupon I could not get that rate "No problem - I can ringthem up seperately then said a price that sounded similar by a $1 more or less. Got to the window and the price was like$13.75 or so! The cashier was SUPER FLIPPANT about it. bye-bye This morning the receipt appeared in my email.
