Most greedy company I have ever dealt with. Do not care about their customers, customer service, or resolving the mistakes and... issues that consistently cause conflict. We went through the drive-through today, because I wanted Mac and Cheese. There was no one in line and no one in the restaurant... but as we ordered, the woman who was taking out order kept saying "is that all" over and over after every item we ordered, likeeach item was simply too much for her to select on her screen, about the fourth time she said it, I said 'she sounds like she'sin a hurry.' Despite this, my honey continued ordering as she kept saying the same thing after every item he ordered, until Ifinally said, let's just go somewhere else. At which point my honey said, Nevermind, we don't want any of it. You may want toretrain your employees. Repeatedly saying, "is that all," makes your guests feel like a burden. And it seems extremelyunprofessional. If she'd been saying, 'may we make anything else for you,' or 'can I get you anything else,' that may havesounded infinitely better than Is That All, like every item is far more than the employee can bear.
