Every time I go inside to order they never want to wait on you. Again today I went in at 10:30 to get lunch, no one seemed to... care that I was waiting to place my order, it took 3 people to wait on the drive thru with only one car there. I said it'sanyone going to take my order and the response was "no". Not the first time this has happened, but Roy Rogers was much betteranyway. Read more
My mom and I happen to dine in to have lunch, I had bacon cheese burger, and right at the moment I almost took a bite and there... was a STRAND of BLOND HAIR was sticking out of my burger. I find it very, truly, DISGUSTING that it made me vomit and neveragain coming back to BK. I was able to pull it out, got up, and to show the employee that I found a strand of blond hair in myburger. I told them "I could not eat a burger that has hair in it. Can i have another one? Since I had already paid my meal".The employer (who literally gave me super serious look but doesn't care what does the customer's think) was taking a look of astand of blond hair to compare a stand of blond (bleach) and medium brown. She (the employer) thought I was accusing her over astrand of blond hair that was found in my burger, but nope nice try. They made another burger with no hair in it and say "we'resorry" (oh sure, like you don't care at all do you). I comment to them "if your cooking in the kitchen, WEAR A HAIR NET! Beforeserving to the customers. Before your getting SUED!" Apperantly, none of them don't wear a hair net, they just simply tie theirhair up and ready to work. Read more
EDIT: not coming here anymore. They again got my order wrong. Enough chances. Hit or miss. Either fresh and correct or old and... not the best. Normally I don't post reviews but this time I will. This location always disappoints whether it has to do with the service, the... food or the coupons. It is unfortunate that we get mailed coupons but when we want to use them, the employees response is "aftera certain time we don't accept them" or "this coupon we don't have that promotion". How does that make sense if it isn't statedon the coupon? Maybe it's not something the location can control or they just don't care, but the corporate should fix that forus customers who want to actually to buy food and have a good experience.
