First impressions are everything. The first impression is the faded sign on the front of the restaurant; however, I wanted to... support my Haitian people. I ordered rum from Haiti, however, the waitress did not bring the drink I ordered, she brought meBrugal, which is a rum from Dominican Republic. I had to get the attention of another waitress for my drink. I ordered anappetizer, but never received it. Towards the middle of my meal, the waitress finally communicated to me that the appetizer thatI requested was all gone. The ladies restroom was dirty. I suggest that this company get a consultant to improve their customerservice focus. Read more

I?m from Boston and was in DC for the weekend. This had to be the best Haitian restaurant I?ve been to in all of the US. The... drinks were nice and strong and they are not cheap with the amount they give you. Got a chicken fritay and mushroom rice. Mademe feel like my mother cooked it! Definitely will be back when I?m in the area Read more

The worst service ever. My family and I actually had to walk out and we were a group of 10. They did not want to serve us and I... was told I should of made reservations. I watched the waitress/server clean other people?s table and completely ignore us. Acustomer who was a regular had to wipe down my table for us (I should?ve walked out then )but we drove an hour to come here Andwe were trying to just deal with the poor customer service so we can eat. Customers that were seated after us were able to orderbefore us and receive their food. when we finally had the opportunity to order food we were told that they were out of oxtailspork and fish which made no sense because people were still ordering takeout for the same items we were trying to order.. Youwould think we were sitting there for free meals. The waitress told me she was going to the back to check to see what they havebut when she came back she went to the bar area and started taking someone else?s orders and completely ignored us .We ended upwalking out with no apology given. She Just looked at us as if she was happy to see us go because she couldn?t handle a tablesize of 10 people. All we were trying to do was support our Haitians. Its a shame we were treated so poorly. I suggested this restaurant to my family who drove an hour to be treated so poorly .Do not visit this restaurant Read more

They robbed us yesterday. We went there around 7:30pm to buy some food, they charged us for left over food. Food was colder than... my dog ????. My girl ordered fried turkey, it was hard and cold. I ordered oxtail, I don't know what kinda oxtail was that. Itlooks like Jamaican oxtails and taste terrible. I will never go to Giselle's Creole Cuisine again, their food is expensive andtaste nothing like real haitian food. Read more
