Why are the fries consistently hot but stale?? Writing this because I just had to throw out an order of large fries... again! I... can't remember the last time I had fresh fries at this location. This McDonald's is okay. I have used the service here for many years. The food is best during busy times. Other times, french... fries can be warm and soggy. The service employees mostly are kind, though recently I have experienced a change in demeanor atthe pickup window. My biggest disappointment over the years with this store is that their prices are higher than most McDonald'son certain products. This can be very confusing when they may not want to honor advertise specials and some coupons. Thisstore is a franchise. Read more
Excellent service! Went late at night long line took orders from your car while waiting...Order was correct!
The manager will give you hard time if you drop your drink. Even after you have get up outta your seat to get your drink because... service was taking longer than usual, to serve the food. I had to convince her to allow me to refill a dropped fountain soda.She blessed me but made feel horrible about it. Sometimes you can hear the managerial staff talking rudely to the workers. The worst customer service ever, could not get my order right when it was so simple Then proceeded to ignore me walking right... past me to help another customer that just walked up to get some condiment instead of taking care of me standing there right infront of them then walks away like im not even there, The level of straight disrespect I experienced from this location willmake it so I will never ever give McDonald's my business.
