Tried New Kam Fong for the first time last night. We were impressed. Portion sizes are large. We ordered beef and snow peas,... chicken and broccoli, shrimp with scrambled egg and rice, lemon chicken, salt and pepper fish, meat dumplings, lo mein,wontons in chili oil, and hot and sour soup. Everything was delicious. We especially enjoyed the shrimp and scrambled egg overrice. The dumplings were large and full of tasty filling. The soup is a large multi person portion. The fish and chicken werefried nicely. The wontons in chili oil were good but I was expecting pork and they were shrimp. So that was a littledisappointing. The only thing I probably wouldn't reorder was the lo mein. It was average. They are only doing take out rightnow. Call or order online in advance. Flavorful and authentic Chinese/Cantonese food. This will be my go-to Chinese restaurant now. Much better than Full Key across... from it. The lady who answered my phone was very patient explaining to me what each dish was. I ordered roast duck- very juicyand tasty; clam in black bean sauce- tasty but with some deposits; sautéed string beans; garlic sauce eggplant; flounderfillets with chive flower; egg tofu with shrimp and mushroom.
