If you?re craving Taco Bell and you are in the area? Go to another one! They are consistently out of everything, down to the... basics. Their drive through line resembles the section 8 waiting list. Coincidentally, it moves about as fast as the section 8waiting list. As if that wasn?t bad enough, the drive through is laid out in possibly the most inconvenient time way. It isimportant to note this is a KFC with Taco Bell items. And not many Taco Bell items. Don?t bother trying to build your order alacart. If there is not a button spelling out the item, the staff will not ring it up. Even if it is financially beneficial forTaco Bell. Seriously just take your money, time and appetite elsewhere! Worst management ive ever seen. Employees had no clue how to make the food. No one took my order for 20 minutes. And then a... crunchwrap and a sandwich took 20 more minutes to get. Stale food. It's connected to KFC & was not aware that you have to place your order through the Taco Bell App. We went inside to order... because it said dine in was available. We were at the counter was not acknowledged finally the manager came & said if we werenot in a hurry he would eventually get to us drive thru orders come first, the drive thru had 8 cars we knew then it was goingto be a wait. I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell if you are looking to get in & out especially if you are hungry. Read more
15 min for 7 tacos. Drink was wrong and the place was mostly closed off. Several people were walking around looking busy. They... forgot the 2 packets of sauce I asked for. I watched my order sit for 4 or 5 min until someone noticed me glaring at them toget my order. Now my food is colder than fast food should be. The workers are either untrained or just don't care even a littleto work. One was literally standing behind the door just yelling "people are here. Diablo sauce! " Never again. Read more
