Rude customer service by Carlos. I came and purchased a drink and they guy was rude. He made the drink watery and wants to... charge me extra money to fix it when I asked. Basically ripping customers off. When I asked to speak with a manager, he laughedand said she does not speak English. Read more
I typically go into this place around lunch time as I work around the corner. Got there around 2pm on Wed 6/22/22. The cashier... at the front is always pleasant but the cook and the manager are RUDE! I asked for chipotle mayo sauce to go on the side and themanager asked me to pay for it, but I usually dont. I would even sometimes place orders there for my entire HR team, but notanymore. I'll wait for another location nearby to open before I return. Not a good way to do business at all. Read more
Real happy to have this place around! Early on, they had some growing pains, just like any new business, but they've really... stepped up their game and I really enjoy coming here now. They greet me by name, and are always willing to make things right ifthere's any sort of error at all! Great food, great smoothies, well worth it to wait a few minutes if they're busy! Read more
I was excited to finally see a location here. Unfortunately, I visited on a Friday at 3PM and waited so long to order, that I... had to leave. There was only 1 team member at the front taking both customer orders and making smoothies. One customeractually commented on it to the team member and asked if he was the only one working and that it looked like he needed help.
