A light skin guy who takes orders at the drive through is very mean, rough and unfriendly. I like the food but the service... sucks. Everyone I've dealt with here is like that. If you don't like your job get another! Read more
Went to Connecticut Ave Wendy's and they forgot to put my 10 piece nugget in the bag. I asked the drive through cashier if... everything was in the bag and he said yes yes it is! Got home had sauce but no nuggets. Tried to call no one picks up the phone.Food cost to much to make mistakes! Cashiers need good training in how to talk to customers and double checking orders. I haven't gotten here much, but it's not fun going there. It's in a shady feeling area that always creeps me out. And it is... empty because of the big parking lot from the k mart. When I get inside, the food takes a while to get to me for just a tinyburger. I would recommend doing takeout because of the carpet floor under the seats. TLDR, good food. Get it on Uber eats orsomething. Read more
