What do you get when you mix really good food, decent prices, friendly service, and a great, family friendly atmosphere?... Sunshine Cafe! We stopped here for brunch on a Friday morning as a party of four and we were seated after 15 minutes. Goodvariety of items on the menu, and the coffee tasted really great too. The Chorizo Eggs Benedict is fantastic! Lots of tables andseats inside, with 5-6 seats on the counter as well. Located 1 minute from the I-70 Silverthorne exit. Highly recommended! Read more
