Used to have such an amazing experience every time. The last two times I've been this week, multiple sandwiches in my order were... messed up. On one occasion we entered an hour before closing and the music was blasting so loudly we thought they had closedwithout locking the door. Went into this hero shop and looked at the price menu listed on the wall. They only show $9.99 hero?s but don?t include the... small hero?s that are $6.49 shown on their website. Caitlin was SO helpful and incredibly kind. I was recently in a car accident and had to use a crutch to get around and she... offered to bring my order to my car which was a huge act of kindness to me. Not to mention, it was very busy at the time so thefact that she took a little extra time to help me out was her way of going above and beyond her responsibilities to showkindness in the world. I am very appreciative of her for providing such a great experience coming to this firehouse subs.Herpeople skills are 10/10 and she was sincere through out the conversation/ interaction.
