i feel like many of the people posting negative reviews of this location are to blame for their own negative experience. for... one, you can?t order 3+ drinks in the drive thru and expect them all to be done by the time you get to the window 10 secondslater. newsflash: mobile orders, third-party delivery orders, and in-store orders are all happening at the exact same time, andnone of that is helped by the fact that starbucks stores are notoriously understaffed because the corporation won?t payemployees fairly. so sure thing karen! go ahead and complain that your off-menu drink with 5 customizations isn?t everything youhoped and dreamed it would be. drive thru line taking too long? that?s fascinating. have you considered that they have orderscoming in from customers inside the store, the starbucks mobile ordering system, and third-party delivery apps? I was surprised to see 2 of my orders were ready to go, but the 3rd order took the longest. I was waiting for like 10 min after... getting the 2 drinks and using the restroom. There were 3 that came after me and got there drinks before and 2 cars passed thedrive thru. Smh. Normally bux are automatic but today I could watch a movie and still the drinks wouldn't be done yet. Rachel is a delight. I am actually running late this morning, but it was worth the wait to write the review. She was very... efficient and great customer service. Acknowledged guests needs although it looked like she was multi tasking with drive thru aswell. She was extremely personable and GENUINE. A true customer service diamond. Read more
