I really wanted to like it! The concept is really cool to have sushi in a bowl, but the execution left a lot to be desired. My... husband and I tried it for the first time today and half way through my bowl, there was a long black hair in my bowl which wasvery disappointing considering we spent $30 on two relatively small bowls. The store also had a really bad smell when we firstwalked in. Also all of the meat options are raw except the chicken and shrimp, and I was really hoping for a smoked salmonoption. This was our first visit, but definitely not our last. The employees working tonight were so helpful when we told them we had... never been there before. They patiently walked us through every step and explained every ingredient. They kindly offered theirpreferences when we just didn't know what to choose. The food was incredible and it was super quick. So glad we chose to stopthrough here on our way home. I can't wait until we're in the area again so we can go again!
