When I went into the shop I was greeted so quickly by Keygan. I told him that I have only heard amazing things about the food... and drinks but was unsure of what to try. He took the time to walk me through options and what was popular and what hisrecommendations would be for me. He definitely helped with the ordering anxiety and made sure to check on me and even wrote downthings to try next time in. Good, fast, not too expensive. The smoothies taste great and are made with fresh ingredients. We started trying meals to go... here this spring, and the salads and wraps are also good. My favorites are the Spicy Korean BBQ salad and the Thai Wrap, alongwith the Bahama Mama smoothie. Read more
Great if your Vegetarian/Vegan! I don't eat meat, eggs, dairy, and an extremely small amount of butter or mayo. I visit... Tropical Smoothie every Friday after my workout next door at Barre3. My favorite is the Mocha Madness with almond milk, decaf,with pea protein. I don't normally order food there because I have a strict diet, however, I did ask if they could substitutebeans for meat, and not only were they willing to do that, but they also have a meat substitute called Beyond Meat. They willsubstitute any meat for Beyond Meat free of charge. I am including a picture of the menu in my review. Where you see the twobrown squares on the menu, you can opt for a vegetarian option.
