We?ve consistently enjoyed having Twisted Cup as a yoghurt dessert option in Simpsonville. While the variety of flavors could... change up more often, and the toppings bar could be tidier, our biggest disappointment has been the downgrade in spoon qualityover the years. Customers have probably appreciated the uniquely sturdy spoons and sustainably reused them. However, the latestinfant-size spoons are not only too small but also too flimsy to enjoy frozen yogurt. The spoon is too small to fit any toppingswith the yoghurt, and too delicate to reuse again. Inflation is definitely a concern these days, but a frozen yogurtestablishment?s spoons shouldn?t be where cost-cutting occurs. Eliminating lesser-used toppings may be a better way to reduceoverhead expenses. Read more
