There?s a good chance you?ll walk up to the door to find the lobby closed.
2 bad experiences. Both times order prepared incorrectly. For sure will not go there again unless I walk in.

A year later, time to update the review. Why is this location consistently closed? Other DD locations along CT-10 are open. We... went in today on Sunday at 2 PM. There is a sign in the lobby that cash is not accepted after 12 PM. Standing in the lobby, nooffered to take our order. Yes, there order kiosks, but there nuances to an order that kiosks do not handle. Finally someonesuggested we use the drive-thru, but there was a 5-car line from the window. As we were heading north anyway, we visited the DDin Granby by TJ Max. We were able to pay in cash and were greeted right away. Read more
