Extremely disappointed with this visit. We’ve been coming for years and each visit for about a year has gone... downhill. Tonight they are clearly short staffed. Tables are filled with dirty plates and even food. Our server did come byquickly for drinks, about 20 mins later for our order. We ordered a large pizza, small house salad & mozzarella sticks. Whilewaiting we saw a large party come in and was immediately annoyed as they claimed to have a reservation (again over heard) theyat some point all walked out. They wanted the large booth on the back wall. It was covered in dirty dishes and clean silver warewaiting to be set up. Both servers were running around looking for the big party. One said “I asked them to wait just asecond”. Mind you, nobody cleared that table, it had been more like 15 mins of them waiting. Our server also had a visibleblack eye, nothing wrong with it, just awkward. Food. Not newly as good as it should be or ever was. My house salad was gross, tasted like dirt. The demise began when on prior visits we realized that you’re now serving frozen mozzarella sticks, we missthe fresh mozzarella! Pizza is not New Haven style. It pains me to write this review, I have loved this place for so long! Itwill be a long while before we visit again. My suggestion is to come ahead of a crowd so you can avoid the short staff issueand hope the food is great. Ladies restroom was also OOO. Read more

Very disappointed with them lately. When I order takeout, our pizza has been wrong every time lately (they use to be so great!)... I am assuming new cooks…? My last incident with them, I took my son to have lunch. We ordered our food with Joanne G (server). Our food came, she placed it on the table and THEN notified me that they only had sweet potato fries. I asked if they hadanything else, she said only celery or cucumbers. That’s not a valid substitute. Usually I’m not picky, but for $10-$13 permeal and you can only enjoy half your meal, that isn’t fair. Also not having any juice for kids, only soda also was a throwoff. They need to be upfront with people and let them know before they order if they are out of stock of something. What ifsomeone had an allergy? What if someone wasn’t able to eat them? What if! I didn’t make a huge stink about it at the time, but they have seriously gone very downhill in the past few months. I did send them an email to speak with someone, but theynever responded and it’s been almost a month. Read more

The best restaurant in Simsbury hands down. The pizza is great, the meat lovers and Buffalo chicken are my personal favorites... but nothing beats their burgers. I’d take the Joe Bacon Cheeseburger with cheddar and fried egg over any other burger place(including overrated Plan B) Read more

Showed up at 5:30pm on a Friday and were seated. When I asked what the waiter recommended he said they didn’t have pizza or... wings tonight because the pizza chef was out. Would be nice to put up a sign next time but the waiter was very nice.Disappointed Read more

New to the area. Did an online search for local pizza and stumbled across this establishment. Proceeded to read some of the... reviews and was automatically turned off by the ‘owners’ responses to some of the negative reviews. I won’t be going hereand supporting this business just based on that. I believe good customer service and the actions of employees for said businessare important to the consumer. Read more
