First time there. Plenty of parking. Food was pretty decent. Prices are really good.
I was astounded at the professionalism and generosity of this restaurant. I placed an order through door dash and I was given... the wrong order (no way to know if it was the dasher's fault or railroad). Either way, they corrected it by personally drivingout and delivering it to me, free of charge. I wish I could get the name of the manager/driver that night because they deserve araise!!! Will not be returning. Friends and I have tried this bar both last year and this year after bowling at berks lanes and received... the same experience? Last year we got there a bit later in the night to sneak in a few drinks before closing. Bartender was rudethe entire time. When leaving a female in our group asked for directions to the restroom. She was handed a stack of napkins andtold to use the parking lot? This year we went earlier assuming last year was an unhappy bartender having to stay open for us.Same experience from the moment we ordered our first drinks. Food was decent, Italian pannini was very, very good. Service was a little slow, but the reason for 3 stars is being small... charged for items, $0.50 for this and that the menu said dishes were served with. Not told we would be charged for honey w/sweet potato fries, etc. Would still go back now that we are aware of these additional charges. Read more
