Last night I got the best pizza I have had from a Papa John's to date. I accidentally ordered a pizza after I got home to Des... Ordered from the Lewis Blvd location in Sioux City a number of times. Usually pretty fast, hot, occasionally a little... undercooked, but altogether good experiences. Tonight, we ordered online around 7:20. Said it'd be about an hour. 8:20 rollsaround. Get a text that it's out for delivery. No big deal. We live maybe 5 minutes from the restaurant. Figured it'd be quick.Nope.... 8:45 comes and no pizza. Contacted the store to find out the food was still at the restaurant. The manager couldunfortunately only offer as much as a 'sorry. We're backed up tonight'.... We eventually got the order around 9 o'clock.Expectedly, it was mildly warm and the crust was undeniably chewy. It had been sitting in a warmer for a while.... This is thefirst experience of this magnitude that I've had with this location, but it's things like this that lose customers. Read more
They mess up my order every time. I normally tip on my card and when I get my food I tip again. but I don't do that anymore... because they have sucked for the pass year . I'm starting to feel like they're doing it on purpose because I don't understandhow every time I order it's always messed up.. any other papa John's in town is great. Never Again. Ordered pizza and jalapeño rolls. No tip because I always tip in cash. When it was out for delivery I get a... message that it's being delivered via doordash and they charged a tip to my card that I did not authorize. When it finally cameguess what....no jalapeño rolls.
