Took family here for the first time, nice and clean. Very friendly. For a burger restaurant id have to say it was the best... burger I?ve had in a while. I definitely would recommend this restaurant. Read more
Has gone down hill. Went about hour before close. Staff was more attentive of getting ready to close. Order taken food brought... no more wait staff. No drink refills no "how was your food". Food was bland at best. Had a wrap. My friend had a bbq burger.Said it was not hot at all. But could not complain no wait staff. Tried to get the bar persons attention. Asked to wait a minuteleft the area came back in about 5 minutes went back to cleaning the bar. Read more
The rating that I gave pertain to the service.. We were seated in a timely manner and the young man told us the name of our... server, she did come and take our orders but when they brought the food in there was a few things missing that was supposed tobe there 'before' we received our orders.. she should have gave us forks and napkins..???? we had to ask 5 times ????????fromdifferent people and finally when our server came and she asked how everything was we all kind of looked at her funny and askedfor forks and napkins even though we were halfway through our food.. I have been a waitress myself for at least 4 years and Ialways have seated somebody with silverware and napkins. Maybe this is something that should have been given out to us by theperson that seated us at our table.. This is the first time I've ever ate at Red Robin I think this might be the last.. Read more
Absolutely delicious burger. Best I have ever had. I ate the Banzai burger and fries. Fries were just fries they did stand out... but the burger is totally worth going. Service was ok it was obvious our waitress was new so I don't want to make any remarksthat's just due to inexperience. Read more
