First time shopping with Chef Ellen this week. I bought quite a few keto meals for my second week on keto. I have only tried the... keto soup that was bacon, cheddar and cod. It was really good! Its a relief to know I can still have really tasty, filling soupwithout worrying about going over on carbs. Im honestly very excited as I am nearly positive Chef Ellen will be replacingatleast 5 meals a week for me from here on out. I do wish the single portions were bigger, but thats just because I am sure theyare delicious lol, but it should help with better portion control. I hope she makes some keto desserts soon because I have badcravings for sweets! I think we met Ellen during our first shopping adventure and she was friendly and personable!
