Waited 32 minutes for food. After the rest of my family who ordered after me was 3/4 finished with meal I went to check on my... order. They couldn?t find it. So I decided I would get a refund and eat elsewhere sense I would no longer be able to eat with myfamily. They couldn?t complete a refund back on my card after trying for 10 minutes. I was not very impressed. While the burgers were good, we only got 1 side of fries when there should have been 3. They said they... would buzz us when they were done. We waited another half hour after we finished our burgers and just left. They also forgotabout a chocolate milk shake that we had ordered, but we ended up eventually asking about it and got it. Never a bad time here. Like most northern areas, they didn't have sweet tea but the food was spot on.
Food was hot. Drinks were cold. Everything was great except the one thing that I really needed them to comply with. I asked for... a gluten free bun and didn't get it. I have a major sensitivity to gluten products. When you advertise a product, charge extrafor the product, it's best to comply with the product. Read more
