Poor Food Safety. Went in around 6:30 AM 11/3/22 to get my frequent breakfast meal. As I am waiting to order, I see a male... cashier changing garbage cans. When I went to place my order from a female cashier, the customer behind me places his order withthe male cashier, the male cashier proceeds to prep the food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. I quietly pointthis out to the female cashier and she does go over to let the male cashier know what I have see. The male cashier shrugs offthe female cashier and continues to handle the food. Now I can excuse that he may have forgotten to put gloves or wash hishand, however it is inexcusable for him to continue after it is pointed out to him. Needless to say I decided not to get foodfrom this establishment. Read more

I have no clue how this J received such positive reviews. The only thing redeeming about it other than the employees who were... definitely friendly as well as professional. The two stars are because the showers were clean along with the excellent peopleworking there. We took a 10 hr break to do laundry. It was one of the most disgusting laundry rooms we have seen across thecountry. We had to literally take the push broom that was leaning up against the wall and sweep away the massive amount of lintand filth on the floor, not to mention water. The buildup was not from 1 day, but probably months. If we didn't have to dolaundry so badly there we would have left. There are two extremely dirty washers( I had to wipe them down before washing) and 4dryers. One which is duct taped on the door and one that didn't dry our clothes. The washing machine floods the floor which is aissue as far as moving clothing from washer to dryer. Slipping and potentially dropping your clothes on months of scummy waterbuildup. The bathrooms were a bit dismal but clean enough. The floors throughout this J are quite dirty, which is surprising insuch nice weather ( no blaming snow at this time). Of course it is a typical drivers lounge these days, stacked high with boxesand product for the store which continues to disrespect drivers. However they did have seating and the TV on. The Dennys closesat 10pm, so to heck with any driver wanting a meal. Now the breakfast offerings were typical J fare, but better than most. Agreat selection around 7am. But basically this J is in need of repair, well repairs to be finished. There are potholeseverywhere. Finally as to parking, good sizes and easy set up without chaos from the fuel isle. This could be a fabulous placeif they actually cared about the driver's experience there more, especially cleanliness. Read more

Went in for some road snacks and the smell of Cinnabon is so welcome! I can't eat them but the smell makes the place feel like... sugary goodness! I do appreciate the number of food available, however, I do wish they had more than mostly fried food for thehot items. Parking for the gas area seemed fairly large which was nice. Read more

The convenience store was good, but when we wanted to eat at Denny?s, they said they were closed for 20 minutes although I could... literally see people eating in there. Getting the gas pump to work was a struggle too. Read more
