The food was pretty good. It hit the spot, and I felt fine after. For the price, I would like my burgers to be a little larger... or more gourmet. 2 burger meals were 40 dollars... Came here with my family and everyone got sick afterwards. My wife and I both ordered impossible burgers and they tasted weird... and were sponge like. We eat impossible burgers all the time because we both are vegan. All of our food was cold. This is whythey make you get a food handlers permit to even serve food at all in other states, and it should be that way here becauseclearly you don?t know what it is you are doing back there. Our server was rude, and mentioned she had been working there for 4years, which is when I think this location opened. It was very good when they first opened and the service used to be amazing.Our server wanted my sister to leave her stroller in the lobby so it wasn?t in anyones way, which it wasn?t. Garbage, been there 3 times since they opened in Sioux falls. Once when they opened like right away, gave them the benefit of... the doubt. Tried it 2 more times their fries are always greasy and bad. The burgers are just okay. Service has always been slow.Maybe if they hire new people and try to uphold the redrobin name more then it'd be better. Edit (11-22) Went back just causeof the denato's pizza special. I am pleasantly surprised with the customer service and food experience this time around. Theyhave truly gotten alot better. The burgers were cooked right, the pizza was actually pretty good. Their whiskey river BBQ sauceon the wings and burger is pretty good as well. I would go again. Read more
