I came in with my boyfriend to get ice cream twice this week and the unfriendliness of the staff honestly makes me never want to... go back. The first time we went in, two boys were working and the second time it was a girl and one of the same boys. Both timesthe staff seemed genuinely annoyed that we were there. They didn?t greet us when we came in and didn?t talk to us unless weinitiated first. The ice cream was pretty good, the store is extremely well set up and very cute. I hate writing reviewsespecially bad ones but I figured that if the owner cares at all they would want to know the way that their staff treatscustomers. I?ve worked in food service for many years and still do and it is not that hard to be kind to the people keeping youin business, especially tourists. I have lived in Sisters almost my entire life and am sad to see such a staple ice cream shopdeteriorate in their customer service. Read more
Some of the most tasteless I?ve cream I?ve ever had. I usually wouldn?t post anything ?if you don?t have anything nice to say,... say nothing at all.? But it was such a waste of $5.75 The stars are for the ambiance, it was very well put together and cute,nice place to hang out. I just wouldn?t recommend the ice cream. Read more

My muffin was still warm when I sat down to eat it. They offer a very relaxedenvironment. The decor is so cute! I highly recommend coming here for a calming and delicious experience.
