Updated Review! This Chilis location got much better! I think they hired a new chef for starters.. and the new wait staff are... really nice and attentive with great customer service. The food and service have been great! Thank you guys! ______oldreview: This Chilis location only recently got fully staffed again after Covid. One of the managers who is a female is verynice. The other manager I've felt a more colder reception from.. never even seen him smile. The food quality here isinconsistent (often some things are overcooked, other times cold as if they been sitting around) and never had a truly greatexperience here. Sometimes the entrees that are supposed to be sizzling, come sizzling. Other times they do not as if they havebeen sitting for a bit. (Ie: the fajitas) The waiters/servers are amazing at customer service however. That is the best thingabout this place. Also you will see various waiters come to your table sometimes like they are juggling customers.. which isodd because the place wasn't even busy. On the plus side, the signature burgers here are really good.. but then again, you'repaying $11 for a burger so they better be. Dont let the nice looking pics fool you. The same ones I took, my rice tastedovercooked and old, the shrimp were rubbery, they gave a miniscule portion of chicken. Also the chicken wings had a great saucebut there was blood coming out of the top of the bone as if they flash fried frozen wings. Not only that, they gave me 1 flatand 7 drums. After giving this place a few shots, I am uncertain if I will go back. Maybe if I'm in the area and want to go toa place that also serves drinks or has tvs for sports. There are many things they can improve on. Perhaps get a better headchef or cooks to start. I?ll be up front with you, this review is going to be a mixed bag. It?s a Chilis so it?s on par with an Applebees or Olive... Garden in terms of food quality. Our wait time for a Sunday evening was 45 minutes, which seems excessive. I?m willing to admitthey were likely short handed so let?s just leave that as it is. When we were finally seated, our server was polite and veryattentive. We had a larger party (7 people) and the food came quickly. However it came out lukewarm to cold. Everyone?s foodcame out this way. It?s not our server?s fault, he did the best he could. But the long wait, in a partially empty restaurant,combined with poor food quality kinda makes me think this is the last time I go to Chili?s. We order the hamburger plate for my daughter and she enjoyed it. I ordered the sampler plate the fries were great but the... chicken were to crispy and hard to eat and my moms ribs plate too. I did mentioned it to the waiter and took it back andexchanged it. A+ to the waiter, super nice! Read more

The experience was one I have never had at any Chili's restaurant. We had a party of 9, decided to sit at the bar. Ordered... drinks and food everything was fine until we never received our food. No communication for a while until the bartender said thefood was coming out. 4 out of the 9 of us received their food. The rest of us never did. About 45 min to an hr went by and themanager finally came out and said it was a glitch with the orders being sent to the kitchen. They were working on our order andit would be out shortly. An hour later still no food. We were celebrating a friend's 40th birthday so we weren't really payingattention to the time until hunger really set in. We inquired and told them to just box the food to go because we were leaving.Another 15-20 minutes passes, no food. We start exiting and the hostess brings the food.
