If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online for That Burger Joint, only to arrive and find out that THEY ARE CLOSED. I... did it on their official website, and received no notification that they were closed. Was told that they can?t do a refund untilthey are open again and also told that it was my fault for ordering on the website and not calling. Ironically, when I calledthe number for the place the voicemail says they strongly recommend you place orders online. This isn?t the first time I?ve hadissues with this That burger joint and Oberwiese. The staff is rude, obnoxious and completely unhelpful, yet they seem to beoverstaffed with most of them just standing around doing nothing. Every time we?ve ordered shakes here which is only been threetimes the quality is completely different. and they?re either completely overwhelmed on the inside of the building, or for someodd reason it?s randomly closed and only the drive-through lane is open. Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru after ordering for pick-up. Drive-thru staff is childish and unprofessional. Missed 3 items... in our bag. Food was mediocre at best and gave my entire staff terrible stomachaches. Will not be returning. Read more
Burgers are fairly delicious, although the beef patties seem to be getting smaller and smaller. I am amazed that their beef... patties do not contain the usual nitrate preservatives that nearly all other ???? burger places use, so kudos to them for usinghonest pure beef! Read more
I've been here now more than a handful of times and like the joint, but it needs some improvements to make it better. The... burgers are alright, but more than half of the time on a order, my fries are just lackluster. They could be either more fresh orcooked for a little less time. Other than that I would say that the tables need a good cleaning here. There is a weirdstickiness to them that is hard to describe and because of this it may make you feel like the table you eat on is dirty, even ifit isn't. Pros: Good burgers Great selection of food.
