I was a little nervous to have kosher food at my wedding (mostly because of the dessert aspect) but the food was DELICIOUS, and... the wedding cake was AMAZING; I cant believe it was parve! We were told the salmon was the best a guest had ever had at awedding, and that the salad amazing (the quinoa vegetable one both taste and presentation)! My now husband is celiac and Zelda?swas so accommodating-they were able to tweak many of the appetizers and meals to make them gluten free, and even the gluten freecake was amazing!
