They do not manage this KFC well. 4 separate trips, tried to order 2 pot pies, not sure why they couldn't do the order but they... weren't able too. Also, typically they are out of original recipe chicken and we have to settle for something else. Typicallyhave to settle for sides you don't want cause they are out of the ones you order. Food and service are terrible. They forgot utensils. napkins and manors. Had no soft drinks and the chicken was dried out.
