Everyone on this staff deserves a raise, I?m not even kidding. Every time I come through whoever takes my order is so sweet and... professional when they really don?t need to go above and beyond like that. Taylor has helped me several times and has been sokind each visit, but even on occasions where it?s someone else I get the same level of service. I honestly come to get comfortfood when I?m stressed and in a bad mood and the staff?s friendliness goes farther than the food does. Thank y?all so much :) Read more

Waited twenty minutes in the drive thru for my order but had to go into the store because the two young ladies working the front... can't be bothered to actually finish getting me the food. I am STILL WAITING FOR MY FOOD. Shea's attitude when I asked for myorder was so horrible, I asked for a full refund and took my business to Cane's next door. I feel like my $50 went so muchfarther at Cane's and they were so much nicer too! Avoid Arby's on Gause Road and go to Cane's instead! Read more
They NEVER have the apple turnovers. This is about the 8th time I went there to get them and they're always out. Also don't... waste your money on the Philly cheese steak sub. It barely had any meat on it. It was literally a flat bun when I unwrapped it.You couldn't see any meat on it. It just tasted like red peppers and onions. It was a waste of money. Just go to jersey mikes ifyou want this sub. Very disappointed in this Arby's location.
