Ordered over 50 bucks worth of food at the Pontchartrain location. One of the items was undercooked. Called to report it and was... told the item is pre cooked and then cooked again at a certain temperature. That's great..but the item was still not fullycooked. Told me they would try to get another out when they can...???? . Won't be ordering anytime soon from this location. Read more
Management needs to fire whoever works the night shift, they completely neglect to do their job and put the customer on hold... until they hang up or get disconnected. Truly insane they allow this to happen. Completely unprofessional and turns me away fromtheir company as a whole. Read more
I?ll start by saying that I only gave one star because I had to select one. I had some issues with the website and called... yesterday to place an order. I was greeted if you?d even call it that by,?papa John?s please hold? without any opportunity to beheard. I sat on hold and after 5 minutes hung up thinking that maybe they forgot about me. I called back and the phone wasanswered the same way before I can even say a word again. I used my work phone to call the papa John?s on Robert, placed theorder, drove from Thompson road and made it back before the one on ponchatrain answered. The purpose of pizza is for theconvenience for our family and at this point, it was anything but convenient. After 40 minutes on hold, I hung up. Shame onthis management for training or allowing their customers to be treated like this. Truly ridiculous. Read more
Left on hold for over 15 minutes. Called from 2 different phones during the 15 minutes and abruptly told to hold without... question. In addition to the poor customer service, the reason for the order was to redeem a previous order that was messed up.Has to be one of the worst locally run PJ franchises around. Read more
