Went there at night to have a nice meal, (I have celiac disease) so I asked politely for two Dave?s cheeseburgers with no buns,... I had to tell the lady a few times to make sure she understood I couldn?t have the bread and she kept flatly saying ?Iunderstand maam.? And she was completely rude. Honest review!! So I was headed to Mississippi, had a taste for Wendy's, drive thru, asked for no salt fries with my #1... single.. I'm on the interstate, take my burger out, take a bite, like rubber, the meat was old and cold couldn't even eat it,aside from that the fries were old as well.. I refuse to turn around. I just took this as a lost.. Only thing was good was thecoke I ordered with the meal.. Bye far the Worst Wendy's I've had in my life, I wouldn't feed it to my dog..It was that bad.. I ordered breakfast on Doordarsh from this Wendy's location and when I received my order the breakfast baconator was nothing but... a bun with mayonnaise, they left the egg, bacon, and cheese off. It would be impossible not to notice when wrapping thesandwich. Read more
I quit Wendy's two years ago, no matter which one I used, They couldn't get my order right, Always something missing. Like a... fry or burger. The bags are taped closed and I don't want the food to get cold. I always order online, so the order is in frontof their face. I gave them another chance last night ( first time in 2 years) I even ask the lady to please take extra time toget the order right. But, Got home and $2.99 fry was missing. Plus tax $3.25 was stolen from me. I think for a $33 order, alittle service should come with it. I go to McDonald's about twice a week,, order online,, and they get it right 99% of thetime and bring it to me in the parking lot, faster than the drive though most of the time. Wendy's gets it right 0% of the time.The food is good at Wendy's. But it cost me $10 more than McDonald's to feed. My family of 4. And someone in the family, is notfull, Because Part of their order is missing.
