You can actually walk in and order. Also they have good coupons on their app and website.
This place is hit and miss (4-5 stars weekdays and 1-2 stars on the weekends). During the week it is usually decent (between 7 AM & 5 PM). More or less what you would expect from any fast food chain. The service is typically quick, the food is hot and put together correctly, and the employees are friendly and courteous. The gentleman that typically works the drive thru in the AM has even gone out of his way for me a couple of times. Once taking my order 5 minutes before they were even open because I was still half asleep and didn't notice they had not yet opened but he was still polite and a pleasure to deal with. Another time while waiting on a Whopper in the AM (Yes I am one of those people who will eat a burger at 7 AM) he was super apologetic that I had to wait and upgraded my order to a large just for the wait. Heck, I am the one ordering a Whopper at 7 AM, no need for him to apologize but it was very nice of him nonetheless. On the weekends, however, I avoid this place at all costs. I have gone there several times on the weekend over the past year hoping that the previous time was a fluke because they do so well during the week and every single experience has been bad. I have gotten stale food that has sat in the warmer far too long (I took a couple of bites and threw it in the trash for fear of food poisoning), items completely different than what I ordered, items missing from my order, and a several times now extremely rude service from the young drive thru staff. They seem more interested in socializing than doing their job. Once they had me pull up and wait because they were waiting on fries to come up. Cool, I will pull up and wait happily for fresh food as I am never typically in a hurry. When they brought my food out almost 10 minutes later and I opened the bag on my way home to snag a fry (we all do it) imagine my surprise to find I had cold, stale fries.... the item I had to wait for them to "make fresh." I am not the type to complain much about drive thru food as it is what it is (quick and convenient sustenance) but if I am going to wait for cold fries, stale food, and have to deal with a rude drive thru gal who is more interested in goofing off with her co-workers than getting my order correct then I will just avoid the place and roll through somewhere else. So, the long and short of it, weekdays between 7 AM & 5 PM usually decent and on the weekends avoid the place like the plague and you should not be disappointed.
Always friendly and my granddaughter likes their kids meal
Love the food but the service at this location is way underpar. Rude and unprofessional only gave 2 stars because of the food, I avoid this location.
Do you guys even heat your food? Everything is ALWAYS cold and wayyyy past it?s holding time. The worst Quality of fast food I?ve ever seen! BK in slinger your terrible.
So i just want to say to everyone... when you use the drive thru, you don't need to social distance your car from the car in front of you. After you place your order, MOVE FORWARD! as close to the car in front of you as you can get without hitting it. There is no reason to leave a gap the size of the Panama canal and restrict the car behind you from reaching the damn speaker. while we can hear the person speaking, we can't see the menu to find what we want to eat. This is not burger kings fault that's why i gave it 5 stars. Oh and the food is good.
The staff was very friendly and the food was prepared perfect. I took one star off for having the bathrooms closed. workers and travelers still need a place to use the facilities. Stop being cheap and open the bathrooms, provide cleaning materials in the stalls, make sure there is soap and paper towels. Covid is just an excuse to not provide these facilities and relieve staff of the responsibility for cleaning.
Went in at 720pm and get the saddest dry overcooked rasin looking chicken nuggets and fries ever. Tasted old, looked old.
