Community friendly, good food, and respectful people
My husband eats Cousins Subs at least 4+ times a month. He loves Cousins Subs
Usually very good we love cousins this last time we asked for no tomatoes and we got tomatoes which is very upsetting when you get all the way home and your orders wrong but all in all cousins can't beat it
Don?t bother placing large orders here, you probably won?t get everything you paid for.
Purple lettuce in the subs bowls were rotten. The roast beef was in large pieces and not cut up. Everything else was good.
Though their HVAC was out, they efficiently ran the drive through. The young lady at the window was helpful. My turkey sub rocked! I only wish they had plain, unsweetened tea ... but that was minor.
Uncomfortable experience. Rude. To long of a wait to order ( we were the only in store customers). Multiple employees stopped directly in front of us at the counter without acknowledgment. After several minutes we requested service, to which we recieved awkward stares from most of the staff... eventually one took our order. Nothing wrong with food. Just poor service.
At the moment you step in that restaurant the waiters give you an excellent feeling. Very friendly team, it is a kind restaurant to to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great cooking, qualified chief cook and stuff, modest cost and generous service. Highly recommended.
