I am extremely disappointed. On a rainy day, a group of friends and I were looking forward to a nice meal. However, after... ordering, 3 out of 5 of us did NOT even receive the right thing. I brought it up, and the woman bringing out our food made usfeel stupid and ignorant for wanting what we paid for. To make matters worse, we were overcharged because we were not chargedthe right thing. The woman at the front taking orders was ignorant and unresponsive. She obviously did not take the ordercorrectly even though she read it back to me correctly. I do not understand the incompetency of grown people working here. Icould not even eat my food; I felt extremely sick. Read more

This little place has a tempting American fare menu. Visited on my Dad's Birthday remembering him this day... The chili dog was... very good and the fresh cut fries definitely tilted the scale... I can't wait to go back and try their hoagies!!! Read more

Visited for the first time this evening around 5 pm on a Friday. The place was hopping about 8 people in front of us to order. ... We were not familiar with the process of ordering at the counter then sitting down. We sat first and then realized you had tostand in line to order. I first looked at the menu online prior to going and was not happy to see the prices were way off fromthe actual menu prices at the counter. The munchie platter said $11.49 online but when ordering it was $13.99! Nothing was thesame as the online prices. I also decided to try the Pittsburgh Dog thinking it would be something to talk about. It was asmall Ball Park dog and maybe two spoons of coleslaw and the bun was cracking every time I picked it up not fresh. My frieswere swimming in the sauce so much that I could not eat them. The munchie platter said potato pancakes but they were actuallyjust small hash rounds nothing special. Steak salad my Dad had was plentiful but hard to mix using tiny plastic forks. Thestaff seemed scarce. Like the rest of the work world unfortunately. My grown kids in their 20?s loved it back in the summer soI sadly had to disagree and I?m not a habitual reviewer. We had to wait 45-50 mins for our order also. My kids said when theywent they sat in bar area and had table service, full service? Why would that be so on that side and not the sit downrestaurant side? The condiments area was lacking supplies and the tables were not getting cleaned after each patron. There wasa lot of trash on the floor as well. I?m sorry but this was not a good first impression. There was 3 in our party and myParents live nearby half the year and I was visiting from WV. That was a fresh 22oz pour....... Use to be a 5 star place but each week it gets worse. Unfortunately will be our last time... coming here. Tables never cleaned off. Orders always made with mistakes. 6pm and was out of salad mix. Giant Eagle is in theplaza. Go get more lettuce. Next week given two wrong items. Never the same faces so always new staff with mistakes. Ordered asalad and received a sandwich the last time.... instead of making the southwest salad they just cut the chicken up that was onthe sandwich and put it on lettuce with a side of southwest sauce which has now become buffalo sauce. Use to be a great saucebut now fire in your mouth. Kids cheeseburger without cheese. I've never left a 1 star at a restaurant because I worked in themfor 10 years but wow. *update. Polite response from the location was received and appreciated. Changed from a 1 star. Read more
