First things first... the oatmeal raisin cookies are SO good they have been outlawed in 14 States! It is worth the trip from... anywhere to treat yourself to the world's best oatmeal raisin cookies! OK... they have all those fancy coffee and tea thingsthat so many folks like. I drink a dark roast black no sugar coffee. I don't touch the fancy stuff, so I can't comment. The foodI do eat. The food here is not the usual fare... everything has a twist and touch that you will only find at the VillageBlend... and that is a good thing! Combine that with the personable staff and this gem is a total winner! Don't look for it onOrange Turnpike! It is located in the Sloatsburg train station parking lot! Time to treat yourself! Absolutely adorable little coffee shop. I dropped a friend off nearby, after a long drive from Florida. The staff was so... friendly, and welcoming. I stopped to break up the monotony of driving. The tea was exactly what I needed. The girls were verybusy with obviously regular customers, but still managed to be friendly and professional. I also ordered power balls to takewith me. They were delicious and easy to travel with. I'd definitely go back to try some of the other food that looked so good! Read more
Amazing coffee experience! Owner went above and beyond to open to store after hours to satisfy the caffeine needs. Perfect 175F... hot with no foam latte! Just about right flavor of coffee, which is not burned or oily! Read more
